Railings

Arthur's Hill has some appalling housing stock and one problem that makes the area look particularly shabby is the lack of house wall railings in some areas, look a the picture opposite. It seems very strange that in the last few years a number of possibly unnecessary barriers have been put up at pedestrian crossings in the area, obviously the roads departments had the loudest voice in the meetings.
