As with most deprived areas Arthur's Hill has several projects underway. One such project can be found at 235 Stanton St. This is where the time exchange project is also based.

You can see a list of community projects at http://glassbox.new-wave.org.uk

It would be interesting to know if their effectiveness and efficiency are being monitored in a scientifically quantitative manner. I have never seen a light on late at night or during the weekend. Is it money down the drain, with a few qualitative quotes from old friends for the evaluation? What are the measures of effective outcome and more importantly is there some type of control, or at least quasi-control group. Lets not waste more money.

Is there any hard evidence that the majority of the people who live in Arthur's Hill want it to change?
