Internet Cafes

While living in the old city I used two internet cafes, both charged around 60 syrian pound (around 75 english pence) an hour . There were some restrictions, you can't get to youtube or facebook, however talking to someone who is a manager at a internet cafe there it appears that the restrictions are locally controlled so you can ask, and be given permission to see such sites - it depends upon how friendly you can appear! The internet cafe in Shahbander st. offers various drinks and snakes.
